We'll make it right or promptly refund your purchase.
We do not refund courses if you fail the certification exam or completed courses when a certificate has already been issued.
Plagiarism
All student work must be original. We reserve the right to immediately terminate enrollment, without refund, of students who in our exclusive judgment submit work which is entirely or partially not their own.
Promotional Items
Please note that we ship only to customers located in the United States.
If you received a promotional item bundled with your purchase—for example, a tourniquet or splint—the value of this item will be deducted from your refund unless you return the item to us in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging.
